Reconnection Fee Update

Date: 12:00am, Monday March 16th

When a service is connected or unpaused, there will be a wholesaler $5.50 (inc. GST) connection fee that will be automatically be debited from your service. The first reconnection is covered by us.

IndigoWest Cable Issue

Date: 10:00am, Thursday December 4th
End Date: 12:00am, Monday April 6th

 
13/02/2026 – Resolved: GSL has advised that the Indigo West cable system has been fully restored. More info is available at https://www.gslstatus.com/
 
29/01/2026 – Update: GSL has advised that the first fault has been fixed, however they’ve discovered that there are two additional issues that need to be resolved. They are expecting the full resolution to be in April, 2026. We will periodically update as they come.
 
We’ve been made aware of an issue with the Indigo West cable between Australia and Singapore, they are currently working on getting permissions to fix the cable undersea.
 
You may experience higher than normal latency to servers hosted in Asia.
 
The current predicted date of restoration is 30th of January.
