• Service Availability
  The promotion applies only to eligible services supplied via the National Broadband Network (“NBN”) and its Points Of Interconnect located in item 4. This offer extends to and Includes the OptiComm network within the Gold Coast QLD region.

Eligible Network Locations
To qualify for this promotion, the relevant NBN service must be provisioned on and connected exclusively through one of the following NBN Points of Interconnect (“POI”):

• Nerang (4NER, NBN)
• Southport (4SOP, NBN)
• Merrimac (4MRA, NBN)
• OptiComm (Gold Coast Region)

Promotional Code Requirement
Customers must enter the promotional code GOLDCOAST15 at the time of ordering to receive the promotional offer. Failure to apply the promotional code during the order process may result in the offer not being applied.

• Exclusions
  This promotion:

  • is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash; and

  • cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, rebate, or promotional arrangement unless expressly stated otherwise by the promoter.

• Right to Modify or Withdraw
  The promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, terminate, or withdraw this promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

  All services remain subject to standard service availability, technical qualification, credit assessment, and the promoter’s standard terms and conditions in force from time to time.

• Limitation of Liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with this promotion, including any technical or system-related issues affecting redemption of the offer.

• Governing Law
  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
