Creating a ticket

Here are the steps to create/update/review InfiNET support tickets

1. Go to the customer login portal (https://infinetbroadband-portal.com.au/)
2. Login with the supplied username and password

3. Once logged in, click on “Tickets”. You will be able to view existing or closed tickets and create a new ticket.

Note: You can use the filters to help search for any open/closed tickets
