want to know MORE ABOUT THE NEW HIGH-SPEED INTERNET PLANS...

Still got some questions? Here are some of the most common  frequently asked questions we get asked about the new high-speed internet plans coming in September of 2025.

Do I need to do anything?

No, everything changes on the nbn® side. The new high-speed plans will be adjusted automatically and all you need to do is power cycle (power off and back on) your router/modem for at least 20 seconds, this will refresh your connection and provide you with your new high-speed.

Is my current equipment compatible?

Most routers/ modems in todays day and age should have gigabit capacity, In your case it should be fine. If in your case your router/ modem is not gigabit, the maximum speed you will get is 100Mbps, you will need to upgrade the router/ modem to be able to take full advantage of the new high-speed tiers.

What about my Wi-Fi Speed?

Some Wi-Fi routers only provide a maximum transmit rate as high as 300Mbps, If you want to take full advantage of the new high-speeds and get the latest Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7, its in your best interest to purchase some new wireless equipment for your side of the network. We can supply new wireless access points that can provide higher speeds, we have many options here on our website click here.

When are the new high-speed plans available?

New high-speed plans will be available on and after the 14th September 2025.
